Paralympics Committee of India (PCI) is a government recognised non-profit organisation that aims to promote and develop para sports in the country. Role of PCI in promoting para athletics in India

It helps identify the potential Paralympians and assist these athletes to prepare for the competition. PCI provides funds for coaching, equipment as well as travel in the lead up to the Paralympic Games.
PCI is on a constant churn to promote the sports with social awareness, and further contribute to the development of a more equitable society with respect and create equal opportunities for all the individuals.
